Enshrouded Celestium Ore: Mining Locations, Quest and Smelting
Find Celestium Ore in Cinder's Cradle, follow the Blacksmith's mining quest, and turn your haul into Celestium Bars or Sparkling Dust.

Look for Celestium Ore in Cinder's Cradle. The Blacksmith's Gathering Celestium quest marks Celestium Mining Site and separates the task into discovering the mine and gathering the ore. For refined material, the listed Blast Furnace recipe consumes 20 Celestium Ore and 40 Coal to produce 20 Celestium Bars. Mining quest, bar recipe.
Start with Gathering Celestium
Check with Oswald Anders, the Blacksmith, for the quest and track its mining objective. Reach the named site, then mine Celestium to advance the second stage. Simply arriving at a marker is not the same action as collecting the required material. The quest record lists 225 XP. Quest stages.
Other deposits to investigate
The ore database lists several open-air deposits using nearby landmarks:
- Approximately 240 metres northeast of Celestium Mining Site.
- Approximately 230 metres southwest of Veilwater Basin Dungeon Entrance.
- Approximately 170 metres northwest of Andromeda's Eye.
These are database map references for deposits in Cinder's Cradle. A dungeon entrance named after another biome should not be read as a claim that the ore lies in that biome. Ore locations.
No measured circuit or fastest farming route has been established for this article. On your first trip, mark the approach you used, note the elevation, and check whether you can return without crossing terrain your character cannot handle. Those observations will be more useful than a straight-line distance alone.

Smelt Celestium Bars
Use a Blast Furnace for the listed batch:
- 20 Celestium Ore.
- 40 Coal.
- Output: 20 Celestium Bars.
- Listed processing time: 12 minutes.
The recipe record ties its unlock to collecting Celestium Ore and having the relevant furnace progression. If the recipe is absent, inspect the station and unlocks before mining another inventory of ore. Compare the recipe in your own build with the researched values before committing a large batch. Keep ore for Sparkling Dust too
Not every use starts with a bar. The Sparkling Dust recipe uses one Diamond, one Moonstone, one Celestium Ore and one Mother-Of-Pearl at a Mill, with a listed processing time of three minutes. Which pickaxe is required?
The sources checked here do not establish a minimum pickaxe. That requirement remains an in-game verification item; no minimum tool tier is confirmed here.
Does every return trip provide the same amount?
This research does not establish a respawn timer or guaranteed yield. Record the server settings and elapsed time when testing a repeat visit.
Is Celestium Ore the same as Celestium Bars?
No. Ore is the gathered material; bars are the Blast Furnace product. Check which one a recipe requests before spending the rest of your stock.
